Why only Boiled water? I only wish that we could also use Purified water to cook foods in our camps's cooking stations. And it would be nice if we would suffer less radiation damage when consuming food made with purified water.

I have lots of purified water in my camp and want to cook food without getting the added rads from collecting dirty water to boil and spending extra wood to boil it. We should be able to use any water interchangeably in recipes.

You wouldn't cook irradiated food with pure water, when some simple boiled water from a river would do. You save that fancy water for medical needs. You save that fancy water for medical needs. But that also just sounds like a BS excuse for them not having modular crafting recipes.
